At Serafina, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original Serafina box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
